Wengen, Kleine Scheidegg, Männlichen, Jungfraujoch,
Wengen 4180 feet / 1274 Meters above sea level, is a car free village above Lauterbrunnen, on the shelf of the Mountain with the Männlichen 7687 feet/ 2343 Meters reached by cable car accessible in the village. Kleine Scheidegg 6762 feet /2061 Meters is on the same train from Lauterbrunnen, goes through Wengen to the KS. This is the main stop enroute to the Jungfraujoch 11,332 Feet /3454 meters.
For your proposal, engagement, family photos, elopement or wedding, we have stunning locations. Please note, this land is maintained by farmers, although we have photos of couples with cows, we do not recommend to approach them without knowledge. We know them and many times they are not approachable. Also high grass is being collected for hay, many locations we pay the farmer and notify them to use their land.
Lauterbrunnen location during your stay in Switzerland
This is a world famous location in the valley with stunning waterfalls, cows and grass fields. We highly urge you to respect that it is also a working farm land to our locals. Fences should not be crossed, permission to use their land is essential in some places. You need to travel through Lauterbrunnen to reach Wengen and Muerren. When making your travel itinerary Lauterbrunnen is a must see.
Hiking Proposal, elopement or pre wedding photo session
As we live here, we would be thrilled to not only be your photographers but your tour guide. Lets adventure around the Jungfrau region by foot. We recommend a half or full day although a few hours we can cover the diversity of snow, grass fields and wild flowers capturing incredible images along the way.
Grindelwald Location
Grindelwald 3392 feet /1034 meters can be accessed by car, unlike Wengen or Muerren. This village has numerous private houses for your rental with groups. The Grindelwald terminal is the gateway to reach the Männlichen, Kleine Scheidegg, Eiger Gletscher and Jungfraujoch. Grindelwald is also home of Grindelwald First. 2164. meters boasts adrenaline activities such as the
“First Cliff Walk by Tissot” and “First View” panorama platform free of charge, “First Flyer”, “First Glider”, hike to the Bachalpsee lake, mountain hike to the Faulhorn and on to Schynige Platte (only in summer), high-altitude hike to Grosse Scheidegg.

Iseltwald Surprise Proposal & Castle Wedding
They did it ! First proposal of Marriage and the next year a symbolic wedding ceremony at the Schloss Oberhofen with family and friends
It all began with a quiet moment on the Iseltwald Pier, where Nestor asked Cynthia to marry him. With the still waters of Lake Brienz and the Alps beyond, it was the perfect beginning to their Swiss story. Iseltwald is a small village on the lake with the pier made famous by ” Crash landing on you”. There is now a turnstyle costing 5 CHF and it is very popular for tourists to visit. Iseltwald is accessible via ship or bus.
They returned to Switzerland — this time to celebrate their wedding with twenty of their closest family and friends. They stayed along the shores of Lake Thun, where the day unfolded in calm and joyful rhythm: soft morning light, hair and makeup preparations, and the tender anticipation before the bride and groom saw each other for the first time. Their guests soon joined us for a scenic wedding cruise across Lake Thun, at the romantic Schloss Oberhofen. In the gardens overlooking the lake, Nestor and Cynthia exchanged vows in a symbolic ceremony that was simple, heartfelt, and deeply personal. Afterward, an intimate aperitif followed — laughter, music, and lake breezes blending effortlessly.
As a Switzerland wedding photographer, documenting their story was an absolute joy. From the soft colors of Lake Thun to the warmth shared among their guests, every frame felt like a reflection of what makes destination weddings in Switzerland so timeless — the balance of beauty, intimacy, and genuine connection.

This is a car free village reached from Lauterbrunnen via cable car or in Stechelberg via Gimmelwald. From Muerren you can continue to the famous James Bond revolving restaurant on the Schilthorn 9744 feet /2970 meters

Interlaken, the center of the Jungfrau region.
Interlaken, is the main town when arriving to the Jungfrau region. From all airports, the train system takes you to either Interlaken West or Ost/ east. Our UNESCO world heritage 5 star luxury hotel the Victoria Jungfrau is situated in the center with breathtaking views to the snow capped glaciers: Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. Interlaken is a fantastic base for your travels as it is easy access to all the mountains including the Niederhorn. Between the lakes of Thun and Brienz, you can take a ship on either lake to Authentic castles and the Giessbach grand hotel and waterfalls. If you love biking, this is a wonderful location for taking time to explore the castle ruins, lakeside and old part of town Unterseen. With an array of restaurants from many ethnics, Interlaken is a highlight to your Swiss Travel.
